This book!!! Ugh - we have this perception that big baller CEO's have simply always been big baller CEO's but this is a beautiful behind the scenes of Netflix's (somewhat) humble beginnings and the struggles they faced.
This is a book I find myself recommending often - it's a great story that's mixed with beneficial lessons learned.
